If someone wants to be educated, visit the website of cruiser bikes and read the review of the 2004 and XL1200R XL1200C. The 04 and newer than 1200 athletes do not even compare to the old Sportster. Rubber mounted engine, Buell heads, very significant increase in CV of shares, and the list continues. I smoked my brother in his Dyna Wide Glide yesterday, and was still bone stock away from him. Each specification that I have read says these off bone stock 70 to 74hp, not 60.

I’m saying that they are called Sportster for a reason. power to weight ratio. insults for guys who ride Sportsters are old and a dime a dozen. I like my bike and it’s fun and at least one in your Harley.
Unfortunately. . I took a trip Lil ‘Sport 1200 that the girlfriend of a co-owned for a while. . before she bought a real bike. It was tiny, underchromed, low power, very expensive, and shook like a crack baby. Well, it did sound pretty decent!

If there was a 01 with tubes and consumption pushing 72 hp and a couple 90s and was quick 97hp i cannot imagine what I have it for the pair?

Hell my 883 can do 115, but just do it. whay wouldnt make a 1200 120 +? my friend has a 76 hp athletes and more than 130 easy
perform internal actions and a cam 511, high flow exhaust and decent 2-1 can do mid 70’s easy. if you increase the compression and do other jobs you can do more than 80 easy. 90, are difficult unless you have the money to pour into that of the few horses xtra
depending on what stage you do, definitely can be pumped 90 + horse out of a 1200

I have a 2004 custom. . . is a very nice bike just have a hard time believing that your pushing 97 horses. Without having any facts or mount motorwork many others who are not your pushing cams 70-75 hp.
