  1. Do not pay $ 50!! Tear the old role of the filter, place a thin layer of cotton in 1 / 3 of the prefilter and wraps around the center of the main filter. Bingo!, You have your “life” of the filter. Rating: 5 / 5

  5. The interesting thing about this product is the fact that I bought one (hence, of course) and is still sitting in my storage room. Why? Well, that’s the interesting part. I bought this for my Honeywell 50250 99. 97% Pure HEPA Round Air Purifier, which is five years old. It is still running with the original HEPA filter that came with and I have not had to change. So if you’re on the fence about purchasing this product, unsure whether it is reliable or worth the money, then go down and hit the “Add to Shopping Cart”. You’ll be glad you did. Rating: 5 / 5
